We utilise the latest equipment and technology to ensure every aspect of the facility is geared towards optimal recovery and high performance. This could be following injury or surgery or as you intensify your training to meet your goals. We are a friendly, experienced, multi-disciplinary team and welcome informal visits to the centre.

Shockwave therapy, also known as Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), is a clinically proven and highly effective treatment for chronic soft tissue injuries and certain other muscle-skeletal conditions, as recommended in the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines. The treatment is non-surgical and non-invasive. It is highly effective in the treatment of tendon and muscle skeletal related pain. We have a top of the range Shockmaster 500 at GoPerform.
We have 5 large treatment rooms as well as a treatment bed for assessment in our recovery area. Our centre has been designed to allow ease of access for wheelchair users and those needing easy access to the centre through injury.
We have two large unisex changing rooms with monsoon showers on the ground floor with wheelchair access. Both have shower rails and a fold down seat.
We have three designated car parking spaces out the front, which we keep clear for those requiring good access. There is also unrestricted parking opposite and in the overflow car park adjacent to our facility.
Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in, if you are working in the performance centre we advise trainers and sports gear. If you have any letters or medical notes from specialists bring them along to your first appointment. Help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee, water, Wi-Fi and use our towels. We want you to feel relaxed and at home in the building.
